This lot is for electrical LED lighting materials. The lot includes approximately 1,482 Jaykal LED flat panel retrofit light fixtures. The light fixtures were manufactured in Laos. There are approximately 349 cartons of various sized Acuity Brands Lighting downlight retrofit housing. Each carton contains a different amount of fixtures, but there are approximately 1,105 LRT housing fixtures. There are 16 various sized floodlights, approximately 170 Osram Quicktronic 120-277V ballasts, approximately 416 each Jaykal dimmable emergency drive Model JLS6810D, approximately 250 each LED T8 lamps, and approximately 612 each Jaykal dimmable constant current JLS6810D-VW. One carton containing approximately 60 each 3 foot 4000K light bars, and one carton containing 4 foot 4000K light bars. Most of the items are not palletized, and no loading dock is available. Purchaser is responsible for all aspects of packing wrapping, shipping, and handling costs. No assistance will be provided with packing or moving the items. Property can be viewed Monday to Friday from 8AM to 4PM, but please make an appointment. The successful bidder can pick up the lot Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 2PM, but please arrange the date and time prior to pick up. Please look at the photos. The high bidder is responsible for removing the entire lot from the site. It is highly recommended to view the property prior to bidding.
